Matt Stoyka has over 20 years of experience and accomplishments in both the technology services and manufacturing industries. Matt was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of RelationEdge, LLC, a consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com ecosystem grew at an industry leading pace and was sold to Rackspace (NASDAQ: RXT) in 2018. Subsequent to the acquisition, Matt spent almost three years at Rackspace where he was the Chief Solutions Officer and Chief Relationship Officer. In these roles Matt was responsible for a $2.5B P&L and all global technology partnerships. Matt was previously the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Architect at C-Level Management, a business strategy and technology consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com platform. Prior to C-Level, Matt spent over 10 years with Centerbeam, Inc. and its predecessor firm in executive leadership roles where he led sales, professional services and technical operations. At Centerbeam, Matt was the lead on multi-million dollar international technology projects for global corporations. Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University, formally General Motors Institute (GMI) and his International Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego. Matt is also a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.

Andrew is responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution at Highmetric. Having started Highmetric's initial foray into the ServiceNow ecosystem in the US, Andrew engages with the sales, pre-sales, success, and delivery teams to ensure that clients and prospects are guided through their ServiceNow journeys with an emphasis on tangible business outcomes. Before Highmetric, Andrew spent 10 years at Column Technologies, Inc., where he sold and delivered business service management solutions on a variety of software technology platforms. Andrew has a BA in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and his career is highlighted by the growth of the business units under his leadership.
Laura Sue D’Annunzio has over 30 years of experience in professional and technology services as a consultant and HR executive. Most recently, Laura Sue was the Chief People Officer for Rackspace Technologies, a global technology services company. She oversaw the company's global human resources function and strategy, with a heavy focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while fostering a strong culture of engagement. Before Rackspace, Laura Sue was an advisor to CEOs on strategic HR issues and a career coach for MBA students at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She has held senior HR leadership roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Bain & Company. Prior to that, she was a Partner at A.T. Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Laura Sue is a thought leader, speaker, and author on workforce empowerment and culture change, and was awarded the 2006 Walker Prize for Best Article from the Human Resources Planning Society. She earned her MBA in Strategic Planning and Operations Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her BA in Economics and Computer Science, cum laude, from Wellesley College. Laura Sue is also a Board Member for the Wellesley College Alumnae Association.

Bringing more than 25 years of demonstrated experience in the information technology sector Ken focuses on expanding Iceberg’s business across North America and effectively establishing them as an industry leader in delivering GRC programs, including Cyber Risk, Operational Risk and Vendor Risk solutions. Ken has helped many Fortune 500 organizations develop a better understanding of their risk posture, enabling them to make more informed business decisions to mitigate and protect their organizations. Anna Kostroun brings over 20 years of marketing expertise to the Highmetric family, with experience in demand generation, content creation, brand building, experiential marketing, and sales engagement strategies that generate excitement and create revenue. Anna has built and led highly successful teams across all marketing disciplines and forged rewarding relationships with clients, partners, and employees. From humble beginnings with her first job in tech, removing staples from purchase orders at Dell, Anna has built a successful career as a marketing leader and trailblazer. Most recently, she led Americas Marketing at Rackspace Technology, a global cloud services company, building a cutting-edge demand engine that consistently overachieved marketing-sourced bookings goals for the company. Prior to Rackspace, Anna spent 10 years in various leadership roles at Dell Technologies, highlighted by the planning and execution of the very first Dell World event and serving as a marketing M&A leader for the Dell and EMC merger. Anna has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Concordia University in Austin, and lives in Georgetown, TX with her husband and three lovely daughters.

Under Matt’s leadership, Fishbone quickly achieved ServiceNow Elite Partner status and is now one of Canada’s best and largest pureplay ServiceNow partners employing close to 50 team members across the country. Beyond Fishbone, Matt lives on a ranch in rural Alberta and raises livestock with his wife and children; he is an active member and volunteer in his community and has served on several community charity and not-for-profit boards.
Chris founded and leads Highmetric’s UK and European operation. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth strategy and operations across the territory, maintaining close client and technology partner relationships. Chris has over 20 years extensive Enterprise Service Management experience, with a focus on ServiceNow, and leads a team of highly accomplished sales, technical delivery and program management professionals. He has spent his entire career with Highmetric, starting as a consultant in New York, and rising to Director of Service Operations in the UK prior to his current role. He is ITIL v4 certified and was Highmetric’s first certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
