Rami is a highly experienced operator and investor in mid-market companies. He is a co-investor with The Acacia Group in Highmetric through Parabellum Investments, an investment company he founded. As CEO of Highmetric, he oversees all aspects of business operations. He brings extensive experience from leading companies that he has invested in, with a focus on enterprise software and business services. Prior to founding Parabellum, he was a senior director with Atos and KPMG. He began his career with Schlumberger in Asia.

Scott is an accomplished board-level finance professional with international operational experience across a diverse range of high growth product and services businesses. As CFO, he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial planning, budgeting, pricing and forecasting, and leads an international team. Prior to joining Highmetric, Scott held senior finance positions with a number of technology and services companies, including Virgin Media and Carphone Warehouse in the UK, and co-founded a mobile SaaS platform business. A certified accountant, he began his finance career in Australia.
Michael is a highly accomplished sales and business development leader. He directs all aspects of the company’s go-to-market strategy, having spent the majority of his 20-year career with Highmetric. Michael leads a professional and growing international sales and marketing organization focused on delivering long-term value to clients. He maintains close relationships with all of the company’s technology partners, holding deep technical knowledge to ensure that clients benefit from the very latest innovations. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in growing Highmetric to its position today as a market leader in enterprise operations and digital transformation.
David leads Highmetric’s extensive international team of onshore, nearshore and offshore software engineers and program managers. An experienced software engineer and DevOps practitioner himself, David is responsible for ensuring that Highmetric’s clients receive the highest quality professional services, supported by teams of problem-solvers configured to meet their evolving technology challenges. As part of his team development responsibilities, he oversees the company’s comprehensive technical training program. Prior to his current role, David held senior regional operational positions with the company, which he joined from Raytheon.
Manny is a seasoned technology specialist with a career spanning over 30 years. He leads the company’s technology practices across Enterprise Service Management, Cloud Operations, Identity Governance and DevOps, and is responsible for client relationship development and account management. Prior to Highmetric, he was CEO of TradeHelm, the nearshore software development business that is now part of Highmetric. Prior to that, he held a number of CTO and CIO roles in large corporations across the US. He began his career as a senior programmer in the financial services industry, and is a 20-year veteran of the Air National Guard.
Chris founded and leads Highmetric’s UK and European operation. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth strategy and operations across the territory, maintaining close client and technology partner relationships. Chris has over 20 years extensive Enterprise Service Management experience, with a focus on ServiceNow, and leads a team of highly accomplished sales, technical delivery and program management professionals. He has spent his entire career with Highmetric, starting as a consultant in New York, and rising to Director of Service Operations in the UK prior to his current role. He is ITIL v4 certified and was Highmetric’s first certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
Matias leads Highmetric’s Latin America operation, currently known as TradeHelm, which became part of Highmetric in 2020. A human resources specialist by training, he has close to 20 years of operational experience in the technology and digital media sectors. He directs our regional operations and talent acquisitions strategies, ensuring that our clients benefit from the most capable nearshore developer talent. Prior to taking on this role, Matias was Operations Director of TradeHelm, and held a number of senior talent acquisition roles in regional and multinational technology businesses.
